[dsc] collector installation 'make' errors

Hi Billy,

looks like you got hit by broken autoconf, could you try using newer autoconf or could you try the solution described here:

http://wiki.buici.com/xwiki/bin/view/Programing+C+and+C%2B%2B/Autoconf+and+RPL_MALLOC

e.g. define export ac_cv_func_malloc_0_nonnull=yes in your environment prior to running autoconf.
