Hi Josh,

which version do you have?

On December 2, 2008 I changed the grapher code so that it would
preserve the ordering of servers from dsc-grapher.cfg.  So that
should be in the January 26, 2009 version.  It was a simple patch
so I can send that to you separately if you like.
